All image uploads are anonymous, we do not require any personal information. However, we may use your images in the following ways:

• In case of a criminal investigation, any images in question are to be handed over to authorities, regardless of country.
• Deletion of images after any investigation or legal cease and desist.

Third parties

Outside of our own web server, we may share some of it with the following third parties for technical purposes:

• A reCAPTCHA service helps ensure that humans are performing certain actions. The CAPTCHA provider may set a session cookie and get information about your internet browser and device accessing this website.
• CloudFlare is used to accelerate and cache image downloads. When an image is served from us, CloudFlare may set a session cookie and get information about your internet browser and device downloading the image.

Keeping your data secure

Though uploads are anonymous, image uploads are not guaranteed infinite life. By uploading to TEEL you acknowledge that any data you give us could be deleted. With that said, all data is served via encrypted SSL connection.

Cookie policy

TEEL does not provide browser cookies or trackers of any kind. Any data stored in your browser is cached elements of our web page assets, like logos images.

Rights

You have a right to access the personal data we hold about you or obtain a copy of it. To do so please contact us. If you believe that the information we hold for you is incomplete or inaccurate, you may contact us to ask us to complete or correct that information.

You also have the right to request the erasure of your uploaded data. Please contact us if you would like us to remove your uploaded image. Since our uploads are anonymous, we will need a description of the image and the date and time it was uploaded, if possible.
